Hey Joseph! Thank you for the compliment and for reaching out. I’m really sorry you don’t feel 100%. I’ve had a major injury before and totally understand that feeling. I don’t want to give advice that I’m not qualified to provide but some suggestions for alternatives to test the tolerance of your back or to experience some benefits of cold showers could be — 1) try using a cold compress on a part of your back for a few minutes and see how it feels. 2) Expose only the front part of your body (face, neck, chest) to the cold water in your shower. Let me know if you end up trying it and I really hope your back heals up soon!
